Individual Therapy - Using a collaborative and strength based approach, you a provided with a safe and non-judgmental space. You will be able to explore your experiences with a therapist who will provide you with tools and strategies to help create the healing and connection you are seeking.

EMDR - An evidenced-based approach that is different from traditional talk therapy. Using bilateral stimulation to help you reprocess and become desensitized to overwhelming or traumatic experiences that may be impeding on your day to day life.

Child/Youth Therapy - Children and youth are supported in a developmentally appropriate way. Utilizing more play and creativity and using language that is more appropriate for your child in order to develop a safe and trusting connection.

Child/Youth EMDR - Using developmentally appropriate strategies in the EMDR process, using aspects of play to help children process experiences which may be otherwise difficult to do in more traditional therapeutic settings.

Couples Therapy - Helping couples to improve communication, validation and mutual understanding. Your therapist will help you identify new ways to listen and understand your partner in order to bring more love and connection back into your relationship.
